An agentic system that analyzes sprint execution to identify delivery risks and dependency bottlenecks. Fine-tuned Mistral-7B using QLoRA on 350+ domain samples and built a LangGraph multi-agent workflow. Achieved 90%+ risk-detection accuracy and a 2× improvement in structured-output reliability over baseline.
